FCE'S SUMMER SERIES OF FIGHTS COME TO AN END...AND NOW, THE BIG SHOW "NO MERCY 2008"

This summer, Fight Card Entertainment was able to keep the momentum with a fight every month for from March til August. Facing new law changes in IL and the summer heat, FCE was able to claim new territory at the Genesis Center in Gary, IN; make a huge impact on CombatWire in the MMA community and of course put on unbelievable fights to bring 2 new Champions for Guillermo Serment and Lloyd Carter. And guess what?...They're not done.

Just when you thought FCE was going to sit back for the rest of 2008, they unload with their annual event NO MERCY 2008 and this year it will be considered a Mega Event. "If you have been to FCE's shows, you can definitely tell the difference in our fights. The Joe's Sports Bar series is for our up-and-coming fighters and usually smaller crowds, our Main Events have a fuller card and some veteran fighters returning to the cage are at bigger venues to help grow the sport in new areas and then our Mega Event is like the Superbowl of MMA. We hold nothing back." co-owner Brian Angelo.

Genesis Convention Center with a seating Capacity of 6000 will host NO MERCY 2008 which will kick-off with the 2008 Team Fighting Challenge with entries from Team Colon, Team McCottrell, Team FLO MMA and returning champs Team NO COMMENT.  Also, 3 Championship title matches with a Headliner for the vacant 170lb FCE title between No.1 Ranked Indiana's Jose Maldonado Vs. No. 2 Ranked Enrique Arroyo.  Maldonado is undefeated in his MMA Career and winner of the ISCF Classic and Arroyo put on a dominating performance over FCE fan-favorite Anthony Monahan last June. FCE started off the year with a SOLD OUT show with COLLISION and looks to finish the year on top.  Tickets will go on sale this week, order online or call (773)745-1112 as tables will go fast.

Lloyd comes out to meet Reynoso, but Reynoso starts to retreat. If Reynoso goes back an inch farther, he'll wind up in a ringside seat. Lloyd swings with his left, Lloyd swings with his right, just look at the kid carry the fight. Reynoso keeps backin, but theres not enough room. It's just a matter of time before Lloyd lowers the boom. Lloyd swings with his right, what a beautiful swing, but the punch lifts Reynoso clean outta the Cage. Reynoso's still risin, and the referee wears a frown. Cuz he can't start countin till Reynoso comes down. Reynoso's disappeared from view, the crowd is getting frantic, but our radar stations done picked him up, Reynoso somwheres over the atlantic. Now who wouldve thought when they came to this fight, that they was gone witness the launchin of a Mexican satellite. But don't wait for that fight, it ain't never gonna happen, the onless thing you can do is wonder and imagine. Reynoso no mistake this time you know what i mean the champ is here
