LIGHTWEIGHT FIGHTER HECTOR MERCADO STAYS UNDEFEATED AGAINST TOUGH OPPONENT KEN HANSEN

2-0 MMA fighter Hector Mercado made his FIGHTCARD debut and did not disappoint.  Mercado’s opponent Daniel Hershman was Mercado ends in another triangle forcing Hansen to tap.  The fight lasts 1:25 seconds of round 1.  “He had 5 submissions, it was hard to keep up. He’s really good and fast.” Hansen states after the match.  “Hansen is a tough kid, there was a time when we were on the ground where I thought my arms were going to fall out because I kept punching him but couldn’t finish him.” Mercado stated.

    I was there for the fight.It was a solid one. Nice dominant ground game by Hector. Although, This article is all over the place. I don’t know what happend. It seems like it was chopped up or taken from 2 different stories. He didn’t fight Hershman. He did win by triangle but it was in the third round. Hansen was a tough and very game opponent but I don’t know how Hector’s “Arms we’re going to fall out” considering he barely punched him. Great fight nontheless by both fighters. Dirt poor reporting.
